Our Story

Seven and a bit years ago we walked separately into (formerly) TomTom Bar & Eatery for the annual Auckland University Engineering Society Cocktail Party.

Jack recalls meeting the most beautiful, energetic and jaw-dropping woman he has ever met.

Lili doesn’t recall much…

This photo was taken 37 minutes after we met, and about 2 minutes before Lili shattered the glass she is pictured holding.

Lili’s memory is a tad hazy, but she remembers never wanting the conversation to end.

And she got her wish.

Rumour has it the conversation is still going to this day.

And since that evening we have had the blessing of building our lives together. From graduating university, to starting our careers, and turning a 1930s box of rotten timber into our home.
